Gluepot Jolly - August 25

We had a great social sail to the Gluepot, ending up in the Albert. Foillan, The Strongest Link, Cool Comfort, the Hawk, Regulus, Benbow and Cailleach Dhubh all made the arduous sail (motor) to Castletown. 19 people and 7 boats took part. That included Steve joining us at the Gluepot on his motorbike (via the roads not the sea!). Welcome to Edwina who joined us for the first time on Cool Comfort, we hope you had a great day out. Also lovely to see Jason and Debbie on Ovi 2 heading off back to Peel and Tim and Pete Cope on Skylark in Castletown Harbour. Special thanks to Yogi who bought his Heard 23 down to play and the final special mention is to Izzy. The first dog to join the Gluepot experience. She looked dapper in her doggy buoyancy aid and had a re-barkable day. We had a great day and no engine problems! To top it off we saw Atlantic dolphins just coming into PSM.
